Randy Adams
Senior Pastor
Pastor Randy Adams, a proud native of Clio, AL, is happily married to Betty Adams. He is a devoted father to two children, Brandon and Starla, and a loving grandfather to eight children: Mackenzie Huey-Adams, Weston Adams, Katy Lynn Lee, Thomas Adams, Ruby Adams, Lanorion Hicks, Landon Reid, and Abi Reid.
Pastor Randy's remarkable journey in ministry includes four years as a youth pastor alongside his wife Betty before they relocated to Samson, AL. In Samson and Greenville, AL, they dedicated a total of 10 years to youth pastorate ministry before returning to their hometown of Clio, AL.
Upon returning to Clio, Pastor Randy served as youth pastor at Faith Worship Center. In 1994, he became the Senior Pastor at Calvary Church, a position he has passionately held for an inspiring 29 years. Under his visionary leadership, Calvary Church has seen remarkable growth, with the establishment of the Calvary Food Bank, Calvary Hope Center, Calvary Book Store, and substantial church building expansions.
Betty Adams
Children's Pastor
Pastor Betty Adams, a proud native of Clio, AL, is happily married to Randy Adams. She is a devoted mother of two children, Brandon and Starla, and a loving grandmother to eight children: Mackenzie Huey-Adams, Weston Adams, Katy Lynn Lee, Thomas Adams, Ruby Adams, Lanorion Hicks, Landon Reid, and Abi Reid.
Pastor Betty's journey in ministry is outstanding. She and her husband Randy served as youth pastors for four years before relocating to Samson, AL. In Samson and Greenville, AL, they dedicated a total of 10 years to youth pastorate ministry before returning to their hometown of Clio, AL in 1994. Since then, Pastor Betty has diligently served as Children's Pastor, offering her assistance in various ministries for an inspiring 29 years.
In addition to her role as Children's Pastor, Betty has also taken the lead in directing the CCM Puppet Team. This talented group of individuals commits to a one-year term to hone their creative arts skills and share the gospel message with various churches.
Beyond her dedicated ministry work, Betty's true passion lies in event planning.
Starla Adams Reid
Youth Pastor
Pastor Starla Reid is a native of Clio, AL, and grew up attending Calvary Church. She graduated from Ariton High School in 2009 and earned an Associate Degree in Theology from Bethany Divinity College in Dothan in 2015. She began her ministry journey as an intern under previous youth pastors at Calvary, eventually becoming the lead youth pastor in 2014.
In November 2014, she married Colby Reid, and they now have two children, Landon and Abigail, as well as a bonus son, Lanorion Hicks. Besides her church work, Pastor Starla serves as a secretary in the funeral industry, offering support to families in their times of loss.
Pastor Starla interests include spending time with her family, playing the piano, and helping others. Over the years, she has been actively involved in various ministries at Calvary Church, including children's ministry, youth ministry, and music ministry.
Johnny Webster
Church Administrator / Worship Leader
Minister Johnny Webster fulfills the roles of Church Administrator and Worship Leader at Calvary Church in Clio, AL. Born in Dothan, AL, he spent his formative years in Warner Robins, GA, before his family relocated to Samson, AL, in 1978, which became his beloved hometown. There, he met and married his high school sweetheart, Denise, a native of Samson, AL, in 1980.
Minister Johnny dedicated 7 years of service to New Life Worship Center in Samson, AL, where he voluntarily served as both Church Administrator and Worship Leader. In 1999, he transitioned into full-time ministry at New Life. In 2007, he and Denise made the move to Clio, AL, to passionately serve Calvary Church in the dual roles of Church Administrator and Worship Leader. With over 30 years of ministry experience, Minister Johnny has left an eternal impact.
Beyond his ministry, Minister Johnny's interests includes quality time with Denise and their cherished pet, Samson, along with a passion for reading and the teaching of God's Word.
